Process analysis and optimisation for reactive dyeing processes
Description
The app analyses several important reactive dye properties, namely substantivity (neutral salt exhaustion), exhaustion after alkali addition, final exhaustion as well as fixation values. The values have been measured with a Mathis SmartLiquor dyebath analysor and need to be compiled in an Excel file. After the user has uploaded the Excel file, the app utilises Machine Learning (ML.NET) and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression, to predict the above-mentioned properties for any user-specified recipe and to calculate optimised salt and alkali dosing times.
